If you've never been to a calling competition, you should go, they're fun and entertaining.  That said....competition calling is far from "hunting" calling.  I've hunted with some great waterfowl callers that wouldn't do well in a competition.  I've also hunted with a good competition caller that I wouldn't want to be my main blind caller.

Bottom line it will be fun either way. Lots of awesome prizes to be won as well as a silent auction and a live auction. There will be food/drinks there as well. Free dry camping available Friday and Saturday night also.  Doesn’t matter if you can call or not just come out and have fun and enjoy the day!!!
