Very good rainbow trout fishing and as others have said, loads of perch near the shores and reeds. Fish Lake's probably one of the most consistent lakes I've been on. While I've had slow days, I don't know if I've ever seen zero action there. Rare if so.
It can get VERY windy at times, so if you're fishing from an inflatable or something be very careful. Usually picks up in the late morning and afternoons. I've trolled down the length of the lake (and caught fish!) with the motors off on a particularly windy day. We would zoom up through the white caps then turn the engines off and drift troll our way back toward the dock side.
