Cow Elk Archery Hunt

So with the cow OTC  tags being crowded into one general area what is your best guess on the percentage of bow hunters using these 300 units?
I'm thinking 75% or more, my hunting partners want to go there now that they took the cow tags from the Lick Creek area we hunted last year. I'm thinking zoo, or do you think there is enough room for all the archers.
