Idaho timber permits

Anyone have experience on buying timber permits in Idaho and what the hunt was like come mid-late nov? Is it crowded, success, atvs necessary ect. The wife and I are looking into a few different permits and was wondering what everyones thoughts also if people dont want to be public im open to pm's

Expect people unless you're somewhat far behind a locked gate that ATV's can't get around.
