Going on an offshore Ling Cod fishing trip with 3 other Huntwa members on April 19Th. Here is the charter service we have reserved http://www.allwaysfishing.com/ling_cod_fishing.php Popeshawnpaul, Big Iron, and myself have 3 of the 4 available spots filled, we just need one more person to go and everyone I have asked has commitments already so I'll post it here.

It's $175/person for the trip, 6:00am till we get tired of catching fish !! If you get seasick you shouldn't come cause it will be miserable for all of us, you'll need food for all day and plenty of liquids for yourself, warm clothes, boots, rain gear, etc.......!

Going to a spot offshore that produces BIG ling cod that seldom gets fished because of the weather and WDFW fathom restrictions, Average 25# and some in the 40# range !!!

EDIT: We will be fishing out of LaPush and I have a 28' 5th wheel someone can stay in the night before and ride with me and Big Iron to LaPush from Port Angeles if needed, beats a motel

!!!

Could be a good opportunity to learn about your new DSLR as well !!

I may be interested in going I need to check my schedule. I also need to know what port you are going out of and when and where to meet everyone.

I just looked at the calander and unfortunatly I do have plans that weekend, I can't beleive I forgot about turkey hunting that weekend. What a dummy I am sometimes. Thanks for the great offer if only I had more time on my hands!

Spot is still open, I have already sent the deposit so just bring your money with you on the 19th, Look forward to meeting you and catching tons of fish !!!

This will be awesome. I haven't fished out of La Push for a couple of years. Does everyone bring their own gear? I have several open water set-ups that we used for Halibut.

Nope, just personal items to keep you warm, dry, and comfortable, There will be PLENTY of photos taken so if you don't have a camera don't sweat it !!!

Randy has all the gear and bait etc.....! We will be going 30+ miles offshore so its a long bumpy ride just so ya know !!!

I'M GONNA BE OUT THERE ON THE 18TH FISHIN ON THE "ULTIMATE" FOR TROPHY LINGS AS WELL..WE'LL TRY TO SAVE A FEW FOR YA......PRAYIN FOR FLAT WATER..RIGHT!! MY LAST TRIP TO LAPUSH WAS 26 MILES OUT FOR HALIBUT IN A 21FT NORTHRIVER JET..SPENT THE NEXT 4 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH A RUPTURED DISC FROM ALL THE POUNDIN..NEVER DO THAT AGAIN...$175 IS MONEY WELL SPENT FOR A SMOOTHER RIDE. I've fished and spearing for ling out of Anacortes for 25 years and it can't hold the jock of the spots off the coast. I like how you take an innocent fun thread and make it all about you and how much you know. We have heard because you constantly remind us... you are a staff shooter, pro guide, own a boat, know everyone that fishes, blah blah blah.

Yes flat water is what we want !!! I hope you guys get gome dandy's and you better leave us some, Not too sure exactly where were goin but it's a looooooong ways in a little boat !!! FISH ON !!!
