It does seem some regions have more. The nasty little bugers. In Washington I get them on me during general rifle just walking around. I’m not sure if they are the same as what are on the deer or not.

That is really nice to hear. That a few of you enjoy seeing pics and a story of my hunts. I almost did no post this for a few reasons. But I decided to post it anyway. I know I enjoy seeing posts from a guys first buck to bones pictures of mule deer each fall!thanks for the positive feed back these comments will assure future threads :tup:

Thanks guys! These are great bucks. The one is exceptional. I will be honest this is the worst year I have seen in a long time(number of deer seen). I think the winter of 2016 really showed this year. And I fear next year maybe really bad. That doesn’t mean you can’t find a nice buck. I’m am curious to hear reports from others on their deer hunt this year
