It’s a good video. Looking forward to the rest of them. The shooter wearing romeos was the first thing I noticed. I was first thinking they were bsing about being a few miles in, until the end when they brought it up.

Isn't anyone else tired of watching guys bugle over and over and over. Like show them doing something else . It's getting boring with every youtube series looking the exact same.  Bugles, then a selfie shot style explanations then back to bugling. Rinse, repeat then have a giveaway at the end. Where is the creativity .....
then why watch  :dunno:

Well, they are Elk hunting afterall. Would you rather see videos of them just hiking?

But they are elk hunting all wrong. You're supposed to bugle from from the pickup or atv not hike everywhere.  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

I'd imagine because it is their video as much as it is BRO video.  Their time, tags, equipment, and editing ours too.  That'd be my guess anyways.

Great part about YouTube is you can fast forward.  :twocents:

I have honestly fast forwarded thru the Colorado parts that I’ve already seen during LOF 2.0, but doesn’t mean they should t include them or that I like their videos any less. I just wish they’d hurry up and shoot some Mule Deer.  :chuckle:

Thanks guys. I’ll answer a few questions.

The BRO stuff was a collaboration. They just released their series before ours. We wanted to edit it with our own twist. We only have a couple days left and we will be back to all original content.

There are only so many formats to film hunts in. The “as it happens”, “over edited and only show what looks cool”, “way over the top cinematic”, etc....  there are reasons this style is more successful. Has a lot to do with YouTube and what the majority of other viewers prefer.

Mule Deer are coming...for all you guys that have life backwards  ;)

As far as elk hunting, how would you compare this year to last year?  Any gear upgrades you wish you had made?
