Took the girlfriend steelheading for the first time couple a weekends ago ;) she hooked 3 in 30 mins lol

its my fav been fishing it for 20 + yrs, have had a blast on that river :)

Biggest steelie I ever caught was right below the bridge as you come down from Rattlesnake, right at the little cafe. I dont know if there is an actual name for the location but anyway. I caught a hog there one day. Also got a nice color phase bear within sight of the cafe. I love that area.

the ronde is probably one of my favorites to fish. some great times there...

I cant even begin to remember all the 15+ fish days on that river, awesome fishing at times on that river.My dad and myself about 7 yrs ago landed 47 one day, my arm was literaly hurting at the end of the day.

Oh ya, Bogans, thats it. I thought I recognized that rock. I have landed few from there. Steelie, bass, trout. I love that river.

I have seen a few nice sheep there too.

Yep, very nice fish.  We float that stretch down to shumaker often.  Nice scenery and the fishin' ain't half bad either.
