I have to say something in support of the commission, they did try to increase cougar tags by 10% or something like that a couple years ago and the governor overruled their decision. Really we don't have much chance of improving predator management in WA until Inslee becomes president!  :dunno:

At the meeting, I certainly felt a few of the commissioners truly cared about the testimony they were hearing.  I also feel sure if they carried the hammer, they would drive some nails in the coffin.......but they dont.  I also feel wdfw uses them as stooges solely for the observation of protocol.
