A5/Rem 11 got a hankeran
« on: March 18, 2019, 07:10:50 AM »
Hello I had a rem 11 about 20 years ago unfortunately I let it go. Now I have been looking for new to me shotgun but the pumps, side x sides, over unders and other autos just didn't fit or feel right coming up to the shoulder, then I rememberd the old 11s and A5s, I found some , shouldered them and there it was. So I was wondering how many of you shooters/hunters still use them and do you have the same feeling, they just fit thanks have a great day.

I have a belgian mag 12 that i bought off a member here several years ago.  It's a real joy to shoot, and very well balanced. There's something that just feels "right" about an a5.
you can still get gas in heaven, and a drink in kingdom come,
in the meantime, i'll be cleaning my gun

I have a Model 11, 50's era, family gun. Haven't shot it, but by the looks of it, it's been packed many a mile!  One day I'll shoot it just to say I did. They do shoulder nicely!
