Good Turkey taxidermist?
« on: March 15, 2019, 03:51:10 PM »
Going to be hunting around Davenport this turkey season. If I get a nice one I would like a nice Lifesize mount done. Anyone have any recommendations for a taxidermist? From Spokane along I-90 to Olympia would be ok to drop it off.

Thanks

I know he is not located where you wanted. However Leon Matthews in the Tri-Cities does great turkeys and all birds for that matter. It might be a little further than you would like to  drive but I think that it is worth it! Check out his Facebook he has some great examples of birds he has done.

There is some guy in Post Falls that supposedly does a good job but he was closed for turkey hunting when I wanted to drop one off......argh.

My brother just picked up a duck mount and dropped a goose off for Leon last weekend and he said the same thing. He is not taking in anymore turkeys or big geese. He does do amazing work though
