I don't see why not as long as your shot size is no bigger than 4 shot.  I am taking out a terminally ill boy from Ohio thhe first weekend of May.  He is shooting a .410.  At 40 yards he is putting 190 pellets in a 10" circle.

My Dad has a judge and we've laughed about that too. On a more serious note for anyone inquiring, it is classified as a pistol and doesn't qualify for turkey. You can bet I'd shoot the tar out of turkey with one if I could.

TSS loads are interesting.  But a lot of writers are making the point that patterning your .410 and getting them in relatively closer is more important than expensive TSS loads.

6 shot at 1,300fps out of a .410 is the same exact thing as 6 shot coming out of a 12 ga at 1300fps.  Shot is shot.  Pattern dictates range, not the gauge of the gun
