Pretty easy...They should have a list of times that they are doing the safety class at the interpretive center. Show up, watch the video, and they will issue you the permission slip. Its been a few years since I did it, but its was very easy.

You can do it all online now, but cant reserve any days until 30 days before your hunt and you only get 3 days total I believe.
