Fishing license question??

 I have a question that I was asked that I couldn't answer. if I scoured the fishing regs I'm sure it's in there, but I haven't done that yet and was wondering if anyone else knew. if a lake is entirely on private property and is stocked by the owner is a fishing license required to fish it?

Is the lake listed in the regulations?  Washington is a "all bodies of water are closed unless mentioned specifically" state so if it is a lake and not some man made pond, you can only fish it with a license and if it is open as posted in the regulations.

Yes, you need a license except if you are fishing solely for carp and a few other unregulated things.

You also need a permit to stock the lake.
