Disabled hunter muzzleloader elk

Hey everyone I was wondering if anyone on here would want to help with a little intel on elk around the 101 or 105 units my dad is disabled and can hardly walk at all I know it's a longshoreman but only chance he will have to ever get a big bull any advice would be appreciated.
