.338 win group
« on: April 02, 2009, 07:11:04 PM »
Well here is a group I shot working up a new load for my .338 win vanguard. Its a 225gr accubond with 71.5gr's of 4350 IMR. Its a hard kicking load but even with the wind around 25mph I was able to hit a 18x18 steel plate at 700yds on my second shot with the first shot being around 6" high.

each small square is 1"x1"

Very nice grouping.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
