Camera suggestions?

What would be a good camera upgrade for a Nikon D70 and doing wildlife photography? Amazon popped up a Nikon d5600 on sale which would take the lens I already have. Saw a canon rebel t7 in the same price range. Not sure what I should go for and figure some of the camera gurus might be able to help!

 Focus less on the camera and spend the money on quality lenses.
