Regulation Meetings
« on: December 21, 2019, 08:42:56 AM »
Where can I find dates for input to rules?  Yes, I know that they would be for 21 or so but need to be heard.   For All  " Merry Christmas" and let 2021 be a great year!!!!!!!!!

You can comment on the 2020 rules up until the commission bangs the gavel in April.  You can write directly to the commission or to wildthing@dfw.wa.gov with comments.

This link explains it pretty well with general timelines.

Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

You're a year away from any significant changes. They set the seasons/regulations three years at a time. The 2018, 2019, and 2020 seasons were set in early 2018. So the next time that will happen is in 2021 when they will set seasons for 2021-2023.

Wrong ,that commission can change rules anytime they want .Look at bango and the two bear rule change .Its amazing what hunters can do ,if we could all just agree .And blow up the inbox of the commission more often.

Email the commission it never hurts
GOOD LUCK.

Yeah, that's why I said "significant changes."

Yeah, that's why I said "significant changes."

Id call opening up our bear season a month earlier, and doubling the bag limit pretty significant.

Of course they have the meeting in colville during modern firearm deer season.  Could that be intentional, to discourage hunter attendance?  Gee, i wonder.

It's interesting to read the bios of the nine members and note how mention hunting...

This thread is about elk. Plus the OP specifically said 2021 and that's why I'm letting him know the time to provide input on that will be over a year from now, in early 2021.
