Someone who knows what they are doing has some pretty cool pics.  Maybe this happens frequently out there?  I don't know, but it was quite the sight, to me. 

I saw 10 bulls in there yesterday. My cell phone pics are bad but didn’t have anything else. Wife took a short video I’ll ask her if it’s any good and post if so.
I agree they didn’t want nothing to do with the shoreline. I’m betting it’s predators that drove them there. That includes people with guns. 🤬Hopefully they stay away from the roads and disappear

The photo was taken at 3:00 pm 1.1.20 by my neighbor.  They did not see any other elk.

Over the years, I have seen Elk in that area a number of times...sometimes on the Columbia river side in the WW river 'delta'.

The Elk that were in the Popular tree farms are most likely still in the area.
It never changes, but it is always different.

Not much of a pic, but dang cool to see!  I've seen elk in there in years past, even picked up sheds close to the pond.  Was really cool to see tho!
