We'll send you a picture.

You gonna bring a fly rod?

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I doubt it would be allowed. No shenanigans on that boat.

You don't want to take Karl, he couldn't catch a cold!! :chuckle:
sir, I've caught more fish in one summer than you will catch in your entire life on earth 8)

Let me guess Summer job in the local fish store   :chuckle:  Or bait shop  :dunno:

and Pepsi with Pizza, that is just not right.  Glass bottled coke all the way!
In God we trust, all others bring cash.

Do not say, Why were the old days better than these? For it is not wise to ask such questions.

H2O, have you been out yet this year? I fished Tuesday and Saturday last week over the switches of those big tides. Put in at Keystone today and fished both sides of the flood. I've caught lots of Coppers that would be worth filleting, three solid Cabezon that I will NOT fillet, and a halibut, but only one sub-legal ling. Just curious if you've found any success yet?

Wife and I are heading out in the morning, similar plan but different destination. Killed one dandy ‘opening day’ with multiple other chances. Hoping I can find them again with a softer tide!

Looking forward to hearing how you guys do. Now planning to run on Sunday as the wind around the corner looks a little better.
Maybe I need to try the live bait thing?

Twin tails in the same typically treated me ok in the past. I've been dropping swimbaits and flatties as well, even tipping with tuna belly? This is new water (out of Everett) to me so probably just have to put in my time.

One tip is head out to the possesion ferry....don't fish ON it as you will lose gear nearly every drop. Fish all around it. When i scuba dived....dove?.....hmhave dived?.....I would drop down and drift along near it. Ling love to lay along the bottom in depressions near it and hunt. Shot many a dandy on the bottom near the main structure vs righ on it.

Why the hate on cabezon? I've never caught or tried one. New to me and I'm curious.
