Yup, made it out yesterday, I saw roughly 40 other fishing boats. Fished from sun up to around 2. It was very slow for us, and didn’t mark many fish, didn’t see many others having much success either. We did released a nice blackmouth around 9:30 and that was it until we called it around 2. I might give it a week or so and try it again.

In 3 hours of trolling I got one hit, pretty sure it wasn’t a Coho. I got a reminder not to use Kokanee gear even though the Coho are small. The slow start doesn’t bode well for a decent season.
Is my guess. Tell us the story cp!

Wimpy yellow koke rod pops up, then buries the tip deep in the water, drag screams for a couple of seconds, then the line goes slack. Leader broke, brand new Coho Killer gone. I did get the flasher back.
