Head east to at least Ellensburg or over the pass.
Any concentration of bass will be way down river. Below Zillah. There may be a few here and there upriver of Roza, but certainly not enough to target. Lakes like Fio Rito and Matoon in Eburg would be your best bet.
Seen some giant bass in i82 pond 4. Caught some decent ones but have always seen giants. Not super close to you but depending on how much you care about catching some nice bass could be worth it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think a boat would kill it. I’ve always walked the shore. But I’ve seen guys smacking fish out of a kayak. Not sure how bad the weeds would be this time of year. But still some great fishing to be had Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The ponds on the other side of the hwy all had no trespassing and no parking signs around them. Where do you park for pond 4? And where do you walk in?
Turn on Flint Ln. off Yakima Valley Highway. Road takes you under I-82 and right to pond 4! Good luck!
