Does any one know if the shillapoo lake is open to hunt now/this weekend with all these fires going on?

Or have a number i should call to verify.

I don't hunt that area, but I would give the Vancouver Lake/Shillapoo Area Wildlife Area Manager a call at 360-696-6211.
