Which powder for 10mm?
« on: September 23, 2020, 11:31:20 AM »
I’ve been using Blue Dot but I’m nearing the bottom of the bottle and with powders as scarce as they are I need an option or 2.  Any suggestions?

I like Accurate #9. Meters well, is accurate and produces good velocity.

I’ll keep my eye out for some #9; the load data looks promising for it.  I did find some Silhouette, not my 1st choice but it’s what I have.  I’ll see how it does.

I've had good luck with Accurate #7 and Titegroup depending on the bullet weight.

I use power pistol. It’s cheap at 18$ a lb and I was able to get 40+ lbs of it. Good data and FPS on Labradar too.
