Anyone seen or heard of proposed hunting dates yet for 2021-2023?

Probably not going to be decided until April/May of 21.

I've been waiting on a few, and have been trying to predict a few.  Not sure if it helps you much.
**MY GUESS** given recent trends and trying to schedule all the seasons:
Elk (westside)--
Early Muzzy Oct 2-8
Modern   Nov 6-17
Late Muzzy  Nov 24 - Dec 15

Deer (blacktail)--
Modern   Oct 16 - 31
Late   Nov 18 - 21
