No late rifle in 460?

There's probably a good reason, but does anyone know why there's no late modern rifle in 460?  Or muzzleloader for that matter?  Seems odd.  Thanks

I think there's a late modern special permit for 460. And muzzleloader has a late season from November 25 - December 15. This is off of memory, but I think the dates are right...
