Building a cabin in Douglas county

Does anyone here know any local cabin (most likely categorized as storage building) builders in the Waterville area? There is a lot of shed/cabin type construction in the build area but I'd like to hire local personnel if they are close to similar cost with permits and building such a structure. I'd like to build around a 500 square ft building (lofted cabin).
