Interesting take on the original and probably a lot cheaper - with no cat chit involved. Some of my former customers served the Kopi Luwak. One cup is hundreds of dollars. Must be nice to be able to drink a cup of coffee worth two car payments and not worry about it.

Yeah, I think he mentioned it was something like $1,000 a pound for the beans.  I'm not sure any coffee can be that good, but you never know until you try it.  Someday I might try his method if I happen to get into Koji for something else.
