Looks like I get a 2nd choice muzzleloader deer tag in the area I have the holdover any weapon moose tag in. Now If I see a buck I cant turn down while hunting moose with the muzzleloader I'm good to go.

Unit 28, I actually drew the tag last year but was able to hold it over due to the fires. Now I'll have a deer tag in my pocket while I hunt the muzzleloader season and if I don't score with the muzzleloader then I'm hunting moose with the rifle.

Outstanding man!!!! Hopefully they open it back up. I hear its still closed down due to soil erosion risk?

I have been selling some timber lately with the prices the way they are so I decided to splurge and go guided. Talked to the outfitter this morning and it sounds VERY promising.

I dont think it is as bad as people made it out to be. Some units will be wild but I know quite a few folks now that pulled tags with normal points. Ive said it all along, there's only so many points in the system. Its impossible for everything hunt to creep. Id be will to bet that some hunts actually got easier to draw.

I didn't think we'd draw on 0 but we did, last year was 70% chance on 0 so I figured this year would be 1 or 2 points. Really interested to see how some of the mid tier 6-12 point stuff did though

I have a list of like 40 units I'll be checking. Im legitimately more excited to see the stats than I am the actual draw results for this year  :chuckle:
