Well, it's official. Struck out for deer and elk. Bad day first I struck out on a Montana deer tag now I can't even draw a multi season deer tag.

old man and I both drew deer but won't be buying it. Applied for it in case we didn't draw montana deer but since we did, we won't need it. 2 points

I drew deer with 1 point. I have slightly mixed feelings, as I'm not sure I'll be able to find primers for a muzzle loader with the shortage. Oh well, at least I have a while to try to find some primers before  the deadline to purchase the tag.

Good news is number 11 caps are easy to find and work just as well.
