Jerbear's wife gets big deer
« on: November 09, 2007, 07:39:23 PM »
I lost the basic story that Jerbear sent me so I'll wing it and let him add more if I am off base.
Jerry had a mutual friend and son at their place for deer season as he does every year. And as every year he reminds them to check their rifles at a local range before heading to his place. Well, this year it cost them dearly as both saw deer within close range and both missed shots leaving both disappointed but had only themselves to blame.
Jerry decided he wanted the big doe that the dad had missed(the both he and Slow had doe tags). Jerry and Cathie left one fine day to try and find this big doe. Jerry drove Cathie to a nice area and dropped her off then found a place to park their truck and off he went.  :hunter:  He was gone about 30 minutes when he heard a shot coming :guns: from where Cathie was posted. So being a dutiful husband off he went to check on Cathie. When he arrived there she was in the middle of field dressing this big ass buck.
WAY to go Cathie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :IBCOOL:
