It is strictly a back door move to chip away at hunting. Take a look at all the take aways they are doing. We will probably never see spring bear again. They want to make it so the predators will control the wildlife. The WDFW has went to hell since the governor took it over years ago. I moved here in Dec. 1967 and thought it couldn't get any better. I was wrong and when the state went Democrat things started to go down hill. Its went down hill ever since. Fishing is a disaster and the hunting is no different. This state does not care about its seniors and the disabled. I'm looking at 78 in a hand full of months and I am disabled and baiting was probably the best way for a person like me to have a chance at a legal buck, or elk. I loved whitetail hunting and a ground blind worked really well for me. With taking away scents like urin and apple and other things along with the bait its not worth my time to hunt. I Bowhunter for most of my life and in my elderly years my shoulders are no good for pulling a bow so I use a draw lock on my bow and have been able to still take some nice bucks. I am probably done bowhunting, I have thought about rifle hunting but its not the same. I don't think I will hunt anymore. Watch out Duck hunters, using decoys is a way of baiting them in and Im sure they will target that next or down the road.
