Utah Deer non Resident

Cedar City Utah area. Is this area a non resident draw only?

All Utah deer hunting is draw only for both resident and nonresident. I am unsure as to whether the unit around cedar city is part of the limited entry or general deer draw.

General deer draw for that area, for all weapon types. NO tag drawn, no hunt for deer.

Cedar City sits directly on the intersection of 5 different general season GMU's, Southwest, Beaver, Panguitch, Zion, and Pine Valley.  Most of them take about 3-5 points as a non res. for rifle
