i think its called CAST for kids... anyhow little program i believe put on by the spokane county 4-H program. learned bout it at the bighorn show. was the second year of participating for my oldest son and first time for my youngest boy. was very cheap to sign up (5$) and kids got a t-shirt, bag of goodies, a cheapie fishing pole and a virtual guarantee of catching at least one fish or upto 3 maximum. anyways had a great time, seemed to go much smoother this year then year before last when we did it. boys ended up with 5 fish in 30 minutes of fishing.
