shh, lets try to keep them from ending up as jerky.  Nice to see that caliber of bulls make it this far.

I believe I recognize these Bulls, and if I'm correct, things will change rapidly in February, as there is a modern special tag that opens soon in that area!

I would be very surprised if any of the tag holders get private land permission for where those bulls are

Yea, Lord knows I know exactly where these bulls are too ;) I know a guy who works in one of those orchards... no way the tag holder is going to get permission in there.

Also, they all shed in that orchard last year, and the land owner filled the bed of his truck with their bone. Allegedly  :chuckle:

Maybe you know the truth but I was told before this hunt was added they were selling land owner tags for a pretty penny, but they asked for more and the state came up with this instead, so unless they are gonna pay a trespass fee, I imagine it’s gonna be a tough tag to fill.

Sounds like the hunt went well and everyone had permission on different orchards with no trespass fee Pays to do your homework early and talk with landowners.

I have walked through those orchards and picked fruit off those trees during harvest. About a month ago, I got a call that some big bulls were in an orchard from the owner and he said I was welcome to come out. He knows I am a hunter so it was a nice gesture
