Starting in March, I'll have a desktop appraisal program that uses floor plans to do the appraisal. What is the benefit to your customer? The cost may be lower. But the big deal, especially for your more remote properties - FASTER APPRAISAL! I'll keep you posted as soon as this comes online.

I quit the business in August of 2020....but my phone kept ringing off the hook so I took my continuing education and got my license back...best decision I have ever made.
