The second is another Chef, just shy of 12in OAL in vertically flat ground AEB-L and Dymondwood, especially thin and sharp. $230 + free shipping (whenever I say free shipping, I mean free shipping within the lower 48). And lastly a 7in EDC (which would work just fine for processing) in flat ground AEB-L and natural micarta.
