Pg. 62

Muzzleloading firearms used during a modern
firearm
season are not required to meet ignition,
sight, or double barrel restrictions.

That is how 209's are legal. During modern season. Scopes and closed breaches are also during modern season.

Now the question I have is. If you hunting in a firearms restricted area during modern firearms season. Do you still have to have a muzzleloader that meets muzzle loader requirements or can you use a muzzleloader that has 209, scope, closed breach?  :dunno:

209 would be legal, same with a crossbow I believe.
