this is nothing more than lip service for us from the huggers.. not worth efforts or time (IMO). cant talk to deaf people who wont read your lips... (law makers)

Go for it.  Apply.  Then, if you get accepted, decide whether or not to accept them.  The initial hurdle is the highest.
