Blue Handled Chef's Knife
« on: July 26, 2022, 10:07:40 AM »
Here is a Chef I just completed in handrubbed AEB-L and some Tiffany Blue G10. 8inch blade sharpened at 15 degrees per side. It turned out very nicely and I think this handle material is a new favorite in my house. Ready to perform in the kitchen for $265 with free shipping. Thanks for looking!

Another great-looking knife, buddy.

Almost retro.  Very nice!
