I don't know anything about pickled beets but they look good to me  :tup:

Canned a bunch of beets last year. So good.

This year I’ll be trying some pickled ones too! Recipe!?

7 pint and one half jars
3 cups sugar
3 cups water
3 cups vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 sliced thin lemons, seeded
1 sliced onion
Boil and add peeled beets, simmer, pack jars, process water bath 30 minutes

At least 75 years in our family
