I bought a pair of Briksdals this spring. 200 g of insulation, not SF's. Only have spring bear hunt and 2-day trip in rough, off-trail terrain for use. Very comfortable for me. Too new to know how they'll do in wet weather over time.

This video is helpful.
They make their boots for specific purposes and one model can be very different from another. Ex: Briksdals aren't comparable to Nevadas or Colorados at all, IMO. Not one better than the other, just different uses.

Another happy Crispi owner here. I run the Guide GTX insulated and they have held up well. They are comfortable, keep my feet dry, and have good support. Everyone’s feet are different though so they would be worth trying on for fit.

Thanks, Wingin. I learned the Nevada’s and Guide’s are the most popular. I’m going to on the Nevada’s.

I have the Guide GTX insulated as well. The wife has the summits. Both of us love them. Walked out of scheels with both pairs of boots for $450 cause they mismarked them both. Plus being in MT there was no tax. So we capitalized on the situation. Walked in only to get the wife a pair and once I realized the guides they gave were mismarked I told her to be quiet because we’re getting both boots  :chuckle:
