Probably not, depends on the charger.  If it can put out 14.2 – 14.8 VDC on 2 banks it will work fine.  That’s usually what you get from the AGM, or Gel setting on a charger designed for lead acid bats.  Float voltage doesn’t matter, turn it off if you can or set it as low as possible.   If it has a lithium setting, all the better.

If it puts out twice that voltage, single bank, that will work too but the batteries may get out of equalization.  You might consider a single 24VDC battery in that case.

What’s your current setup?  (No pun intended).

Looks like a 2-bank charger.  And it doesn’t appear to be adjustable.  It should work but both the battery manufacturer and the charger manufacturer will tell you not to use it.

I've got two Tracker Marine Lithium 12v batteries wired in series for my trolling motor. Works well so far.

I heard good things about MillerTech batteries and now have one for my main boat battery. Only issue I had with it was self induced. I left the master power switch on and completely drained the battery (it was new). The charger would not charge it at all at that point. Call Millertech and they said to jump it with a lead-acid battery I still had on hand. That worked to "wake" the battery up. However, my NOCO charger still would only bring it to 50% charge. I ended up having to get one of Millertechs own brand chargers to get it back up to 100%. Works fine now.
