Just throwing this out there. If there is anyone who targets cougars but doesn't plan on keeping meat, I'd be more than happy to travel to you and take it off your hands.

I have killed 2 and my wife and I ate both. A friend of mine also enjoyed some of the sausage I gave him. Years later he killed one and said the meat was terrible. His was killed in September, mine were in the winter.
