Have noticed for some time now the long term hunting pressure around my place. (Unit 121) We start Sept 1 with archery and go thru the 29th. Start muzzel loader on the 30th and go till the 8th of Oct. Start modern on the 14th and go thru the 27th(whitetail)and then do a late whitetail nov 11 thru the 19th then archery clear until Dec 15th. That's 3 1/2 months of pretty constant pressure leading into the harshest winter months. I see hunters out and about thru the entire period, granted more during the modern hunts but still pressure the entire time. I can't help but wonder if this is a good thing in a unit with fairly sharp declining numbers.Suspect this could be hard on deer trying to fatten up for the winter period
