Camera picked up....6-14-09
« on: June 14, 2009, 10:02:19 PM »
Picked up our cam today and had a great day in the woods with my bro and pup. :IBCOOL:
Saw some pretty cool sights.
Our cam pickup this time was not as exciting as our others but still had fun.
We brought our cam home to do a little local scouting.
We had about 350 pics over 2 weeks.
200 were crows and vultures
the other 150 was a group of 4 deer. 2 bucks   and 2 does.  they were pretty regular.
even with all the bait we put out this area just didnt have the animals. :dunno:
enjoy guys!
...notice the huge fish in this first pic..

Nice pic!  Surprised that there was no bears.  Did you reset?

Naw we brought it home to do some "LOCAL" scouting.  we were very surprised not to see any bears too.
The area we set it up in we thought would be prime but no bears, cougars, elk or bobcats, in two weeks.
We are gonna wait till about the end of july to reset so we get to see some growth on some deer.
gas is getting way expensive and 5 trips over the pass in 6 weeks is a little expensive.
