Idaho 2007
« on: November 20, 2007, 04:41:48 PM »
Just got back from our Idaho deer hunt.  Ended up going 6 for 6.  It was a great hunt, my dad and I were more interested in muleys than Whiteys so we went up high and in the process my dad shot a nice 3 point whitey.  I was able to take this beautiful buck with my dad by my side.  He was chasing around five does and gave me a 150 yard steep downhill shot were it all ended.

He measured out at 29.5 inches outside.  With tons of character!!!

Here are the rest of the bucks.  A couple really nice whiteys!!!

good job on all those bucks. you're right, there's some great looking deer there.

Thanks for the reply's, It was a great hunt, one that my dad and I will always remember.  Off to the inlaws for Thanksgiving, guess I need to take a break from hunting atleast until next week and maybe go chase some Elk with my Bow.  Good luck to all who still have a tag and have a great Thanksgiving.
