Use mortons quick tender per directions per pound (or less, I dont like it too salty) for your salt and curing agents then ad whatever spices you prefer. But dont add anything with salt in it.
I usually do black pepper, little brown sugar, some onion and garlic powder. Tastes similar to jack links etc.
Or I will just use High Mtn. LOL
Dont use burger with high fat content it doesnt turn out that good .
