Some kind of Hoof disease on this whitetail doe?

This doe has been part of the local herd around the house.
Her hooves seem exceptionally long.
Does this look normal, or do folks think she has some kind of hoof disease?

Wdfw sent me a big thing of hoof diseases when I was talking to them about the hooves on my blacktail this year. This could be what that doe has maybe?

Looks like the early stages of that for sure. I think laminitis is also called foundering. So good calls by everyone.
