100% better than C-Rats for sure. That looks like a perfect burger. I'm smoking a Whitetail quarter tomorrow for a DU X-Mass party.

How do you do that, bone it out?
No, I leave the bone in. I'll smoke it for 6 or 7 hours and finish it in a roaster as needed.
